Atlar rated top by finance teams in G2's Winter Reports 2024

Thanks to the reviews of our customers, Atlar has again been named a High Performer in the Treasury Management Systems, Cash Flow Management, and Enterprise Payment G2 categories. This follows on from wins in G2’s Fall 2024, Summer 2024, and Spring 2024 reports.

We’re delighted to say that Atlar ranked first among treasury systems in almost all key G2 categories including ease of implementation, ease of use, product adoption, and support. G2 is the most widely used review platform for business software—all reviews are made by real, verified users of Atlar.

Winning eight award badges overall, Atlar has received consistently excellent scores from reviewers:

• 100% of users rated Atlar 4 or 5 stars (our current overall rating is 4.8);
• 100% of users believe Atlar is headed in the right direction;
• Users said they would be likely to recommend Atlar at a rate of 97% (highest among all treasury systems).

High Performer in three categories

The team at Atlar is delighted to have been named a High Performer in all three categories that we’re entered in. In fact, Atlar is in the top three most recommended solutions in each category, and the most highly recommended treasury and cash flow management solution.

We are especially proud of our current Net Promoter Score (NPS) for each of the three categories, indicating best-in-class service and exceptional customer satisfaction:

• Treasury Management Systems: 93
• Cash Flow Management: 92
• Enterprise Payment: 81

Best support, ease of doing business, and product direction

On top of the overall category ranking, G2 ranks software providers on several key factors—all based on the reviews of verified users. 

We’re delighted to see that, so far, 100% of reviewers have given us the highest possible score for our quality of support, the ease of working with us, and our long-term product direction.

Simplifying the implementation process for our customers and providing first-rank support is particularly important to us at Atlar and we’re delighted that this is recognized by our customers. Unlike many incumbent providers, Atlar manages the implementation end-to-end for our customers, removing the need for long IT projects and specialist consultants.

On top of this, almost all of Atlar’s key platform features—including cash positioning, balance reporting, and data access—received customer satisfaction scores above 95%. In fact, our bank account management and connectivity features both achieved 100% satisfaction scores.
